Born and raised in North Tonawanda, Nate McMurray likes to say he’s got Erie Canal water in his veins. Nate spent much of his career in the private sector as an attorney representing U.S. business interests in Asia. He then became the Town Supervisor of Grand Island, New York. His effective leadership has brought millions of dollars in business development to Grand Island. As a Fulbright Scholar, Nate studied the development of constitutional democracy in South Korea.
He knows how a democracy is supposed to work for its people, not just Big Money special interests. That’s why he wants to fix our broken system and be a voice for families in his district. Nate rejects corporate PAC money in his campaign.
