Candidate for Washington's 7th Congressional District

Pramila’s public service began with her election to the Washington State Legislature in 2014, where she was the first South Asian American ever to be a Washington state senator. She was elected as Congresswomen for the state’s 7th district in 2016, officially becoming the first Indian American woman to serve in the House. Pramila promises to protect our democracy by expanding civil rights, voting rights, and reforming our corrupt campaign finance system.
