Rob Quist

Candidate for Montana At-large

“Like the majority of Montanans, I believe there is too much money in politics. Too often, politicians serve the interests of the groups bankrolling their re-election campaign rather than the people they were elected to serve. I am proud to be endorsed by End Citizens United which has stood with hardworking Montanans and fought back against the corporations trying to buy our elections.”

Rob grew up on his family’s ranch outside of Cut Bank, Montana. Rob believes every hard-working Montanan deserves a fair shot, and he will fight for that belief in Congress. As a small business owner in Kalispell, a graduate of the University of Montana, and a three-term member of the Montana Arts Council, he is the perfect representative for Montana values. On top of his belief in marriage equality, protecting rights for Native Americans, and equal pay for women, Rob fundamentally believes there is too much money in politics and supports an amendment to overturn the disastrous Citizens United decision.

Rob and his wife have two children. He continues to perform with the band he formed in college, the Mission Mountain Wood Band, as well as his second group, Rob Quist and Great Northern. He has also been a state cultural ambassador to Japan and a spokesman for the Montana Food Bank Network.
