Ron DiNicola is a former U.S. Marine and public servant. After earning his law degree, Ron served as a law clerk to a Chief U.S. District Judge and as legal counsel on various high profile investigative panels including the Christopher Commission in Los Angeles in the 1990s. In private practice, he successfully represented more than 1,000 laid-off workers from General Electric and reversed a ruling by the U.S. Department of Labor denying Trade Adjustment Assistance benefits, resulting in a landmark decision that freed up millions of dollars for local families. Ron has also served as Erie County Solicitor and drafted term limit legislation for public officials that became law.
Ron knows that Washington’s rigged system is leaving Pennsylvania families behind. By rejecting corporate PAC money, Ron is proving to voters he will fight their interests in Congress — not corporate special interests.
