Colin Allred

Candidate for Texas' 32nd Congressional District

Colin Allred is a civil rights attorney and Dallas native. Born and raised in North Dallas, Colin played in the NFL for almost five seasons before an injury opened the door for him to fulfill his dream of studying law. He worked as a voting rights litigator and counsel to a range of clients, including national and state political candidates and advocacy organizations. Colin has dedicated his life to helping others and worked as the Dallas-Fort Worth Director of the first-ever statewide coordinated voter protection program led by Battleground Texas during the 2014 gubernatorial election.

Colin understands that our electoral system favors corporate special interests. He is fighting to empower the communities he grew up in and put an end to the system that is ignoring the interests and needs of Texans. He’s already proven his commitment to reform by rejecting all corporate PAC money in his campaign as well as pledging to push for meaningful reform in Washington.
