Jackie has lived in Nevada for nearly forty years. As the first member of her family to graduate from college, Jacky worked two jobs and took out student loans to make ends meet. After graduating, Jacky worked as a computer programmer for a number of major Nevada companies and was also a leader in her community as the President of her synagogue. In 2016, she decided to dedicate her life to public service and was elected as the U.S. Representative for Nevada’s 3rd congressional district. She quickly established herself as a leader in the fight for campaign finance reform, cosponsoring the 2017 DISCLOSE Act which seeks to increase transparency in election spending. Jacky is running to become the next U.S. Senator from Nevada, against an incumbent who has a detailed history of appeasing mega-donors who fund his campaign at the expense of everyday Nevadans.
