(WMTV NBC 15) “It was a day I was never sure I would actually see,” Tiffany Muller, the first openly LGBTQ+ state official in Kansas said.
Muller, also the president of End Citizens United, a political PAC aiming to re-regulate individual donations to candidates. She joined the small press conference in Madison, hosted by Sen. Tammy Baldwin.
