Oct 25, 2017

Washington, DC — End Citizens United (ECU) today announced a new round of House endorsements for the 2018 cycle. The grassroots reform group is backing ten more challengers who have pledged to take on the rigged system in Washington, where politicians are beholden to Big Money special interests.

The full list of newly endorsed candidates includes: Joe Neguse (CO-02), Abby Finkenauer (IA-01), Gretchen Driskell (MI-07), Angie Craig (MN-02), Susie Lee (NV-03), Ken Harbaugh (OH-07), Betsy Rader (OH-14), Daylin Leach (PA-07), Christina Hartman (PA-16) and Joe Cunningham (SC-01).

“It’s no secret that Congress is littered with politicians who are in the pockets of their Big Money backers. It’s time to throw them out,” said Tiffany Muller, president of ECU. “Each of these candidates has vowed to curb the corrupting influence that money has over our politics and fight to enact meaningful reform that will upend this system. We’re thrilled to support their campaigns and work with our grassroots members to help elect them.”

ECU is projected to raise $35 million for the 2018 election cycle with an average donation of $14.

ECU is dedicated to unrigging the system in Washington where politicians write the rules to benefit their Big Money campaign donors. The grassroots-fueled group is giving a voice to millions of American families who are demanding reform to end the influence of Big Money in politics.
