ECU endorsed Adrian Fontes as part of its first ever Democracy Defenders program committed to uplifting and protecting the democratic process. As part of ECU’s Sprint to Save Democracy tour, ECU President Tiffany Muller and Senator Amy Klobuchar campaigned for Fontes, talking about his plan to protect the voice and vote of every Arizonan. In the final weeks of the election, ECU ran a $200,000 mailprogram highlighting Mark Finchem’s extremism. In total, ECU had an impact of over $250,000 for Fontes this cycle.
