“Congratulations to Attorney General Aaron Ford on his re-election victory. AG Ford has always fought for Nevada families by taking on special interests like Big Pharma and greedy, price gouging corporations. We look forward to his continued leadership on holding corporate special interests accountable.”
ECU endorsed AG Ford in 2021 as part of its first ever Democracy Defenders program because of his continued commitment to protecting the will of the people. ECU applauded AG Ford’s actions against greedy corporate price gouging and holding special interests like Big Pharma accountable for exploiting Nevada families. This May, ECU President Tiffany Muller and AG Ford held a press conference to outline how important Attorney General and Secretary of State races are for protecting our democracy. In the final weeks of the election, ECU ran digital ads highlighting Sigal Chattah’s dangerous extremism. In total, ECU had an impact of nearly $150,000 in support of AG Ford’s re-election.
In addition, ECU partnered with Justice Unites Us for a $450,000 digital GOTV campaign targeting AAPI voters in Clark County to help Attorney General Ford and other Democrats up and down the ballot.
