His decision to forgo corporate PAC money and take on Big Pharma is a testament to that commitment.”
ECU endorsed Congressman Chris Pappas in 2021 because he has prioritized working families and safeguarding our democracy from election denying MAGA Republicans. As an anti-corruption and voting rights champion, Congressman Pappas’s leadership led to the House passage of the For the People Act (H.R.1), the most comprehensive anti-corruption and voting rights legislation in generations to protect our free and fair elections and limit the influence of Big Money. This October, ECU President Tiffany Muller rallied with Pappas to fire up voters in New Hampshire. ECU also spent $130,000 on a digital ad campaign to boost Pappas’ campaign. In total, ECU had an impact of nearly $210,000 for Congressman Pappas from grassroots contributions.
