Senator Cortez Masto has been a champion for Nevada families by fighting against special interests and protecting the freedom to vote. We look forward to her continued advocacy and leadership on making government accountable to the people.”
ECU endorsed Senator Cortez Masto in 2021 because of her commitment to ending dark money and fighting against corporate special interests. ECU partnered with Justice Unites Us for a $450,000 digital GOTV campaign targeting AAPI voters in Clark County to help Senator Cortez Masto and other Democrats up and down the ballot. As part of ECU’s Sprint to Save Democracy Tour, President Tiffany Muller and Senator Amy Klobuchar rallied for Senator Cortez Masto in Nevada. ECU also worked to hold Adam Laxalt accountable for violations of campaign finance laws. ECU had a total impact of over $60,000 for Senator Cortez Masto’s campaign.
In addition, ECU // LAV Action Fund amplified Senator Cortez Masto’s work on championing the Freedom to Vote Act with a quarter millionin television and digital ads in Nevada.
