ECU // LAV Endorses First Slate of Democracy Champions in Competitive House Districts

Apr 27, 2023

End Citizens United (ECU) // Let America Vote (LAV) today endorsed a slate of pro-democracy champions in the most competitive districts in the country. This is ECU // LAV’s first round of House incumbent endorsements for the 2024 cycle. In the 2022 election cycle, ECU // LAV had a $6.5 million impact in House incumbent campaigns.

“We’re endorsing early to provide the necessary support and resources to help these leaders win so they can continue to fight for anti-corruption and democracy reforms. We must defend each and every single one of these critical races in order to take back the House,” said ECU // LAV President Tiffany Muller. “Republican super PACs and dark money groups are going to throw everything including the kitchen sink at trying to defeat these members to replace them with Republicans who will do the bidding of their corporate special interest donors.”

The endorsed candidates:

  • Josh Harder (CA-09)

  • Mike Levin (CA-49)

  • Jason Crow (CO-06)

  • Yadira Caraveo (CO-08)

  • Lauren Underwood (IL-14)

  • Eric Sorensen (IL-17)

  • Sharice Davids (KS-03)

  • Jared Golden (ME-02)

  • Angie Craig (MN-02)

  • Chris Pappas (NH-01)

  • Andy Kim (NJ-03)

  • Steven Horsford (NV-04)

  • Pat Ryan (NY-18)

  • Greg Landsman (OH-01)

  • Susan Wild (PA-07)

  • Chris Deluzio (PA-17)

  • Abigail Spanberger (VA-07)

  • Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (WA-03)

  • Kim Schrier (WA-08)

ECU // LAV is dedicated to combating the two biggest challenges facing our democracy: the corrosive impact of Big Money and attempts to block access to the ballot box. Since its founding in 2015, the group has had over 1 million donors and raised $200 million, with an average donation of just $14. The group has more than four million members nationwide.
