“President Biden’s historic one-time student loan relief plan would support millions of working Americans struggling with crippling debt. Despite the plan’s overwhelming popularity, it’s being met with intense opposition by the right-wing’s dark money machine and their corporate special interest backers. These are the same corporate and billionaire-funded dark money groups that have helped stack the courts with extremist judges, pushed for corporate tax handouts, and advocated for eliminating Medicare and Social Security.
“Student loan relief is legal, just, and necessary. We are urging the Supreme Court to uphold President Biden’s student loan relief plan.”
