End Citizens United (ECU) and Let America Vote (LAV) President Tiffany Muller released the following statement congratulating Quinn Nystrom on advancing to the general election in MN-08:
“As a fourth-generation Minnesotan and the youngest person to serve on Baxter City Council, Quinn Nystrom has dedicated her career to putting her community first. Now, in her run for Congress, she’s rejecting corporate PAC money, pledging to stand up to Big Money special interests in Washington. While Representative Pete Stauber is collecting checks from Big Pharma, Quinn is building a grassroots-powered campaign. We’re proud to stand with Quinn Nystrom, and we look forward to helping her win.”
ECU and LAV endorsed Quinn Nystrom in July 2020 because of her commitment to rooting out corruption in Washington. The reform group has four million members nationwide, including 6,600 in MN-08, and is entirely grassroots-funded with an average donation of just $14.
