End Citizens United (ECU) today endorsed a slate of Senate challengers, who are refusing to take any corporate PAC money in their campaigns.
Candidates:
- Katrina Christiansen (ND)
- Gloria Johnson (TN)
- Caroline Gleich (UT)
“Our broken campaign finance system has allowed corporate special interests to drown out the voices of the people. Washington simply does not reflect the will of people anymore,” said End Citizens United President Tiffany Muller. “We need a generation of leaders who will take a bold, courageous stand against this system and lead by example. These candidates are doing exactly that: rejecting corporate PAC money and proving to voters that they cannot be bought. They’re committed to fighting corporate price gouging that’s making everyday costs go up on working families while CEOs make out like bandits. We’re proud to endorse these candidates and look forward to helping them win.”
