Streaming TV and audio campaign hits Moreno for screwing over his employees, showing that he can’t be trusted
End Citizens United today launched a new $250,000 ad campaign in the Ohio Senate race hitting Republican Bernie Moreno as untrustworthy given his record of screwing over workers. Throughout his career as a shady car dealer, Moreno refused to pay overtime wages, was sued over a dozen times by employees, was ordered to pay more than $416,000 in damages, and was even caught shredding the evidence.
“Bernie Moreno has shown time and time again that he’s only looking out for himself and his bottomline, screwing over workers every chance he gets,” said End Citizens United President Tiffany Muller. “Simply put, Moreno cannot be trusted to fight for working Ohioans – and we’re committed to making sure voters know that as they get ready to go to the polls.”
The streaming TV and audio ads will run October 22 – November 5 targeting persuadable voters throughout the state.
