Congressman Jamie Raskin received an ‘A’ on ECU // LAV’s 2024 legislative scorecard for his pro-democracy, anti-corruption work
End Citizens United // Let America Vote (ECU // LAV) today endorsed Congressman Jamie Raskin for reelection in Maryland’s 8th Congressional District.

Congressman Raskin has spent his career working to make our government more transparent and accountable, sponsoring the Get Foreign Money Out of U.S. Elections Act, cosponsoring the End Tax Breaks for Dark Money Act, and the DISCLOSE Act. He champions several other good government reforms, including the Fair Representation Act, the Freedom to Vote Act, and the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. Congressman Raskin has also been the leading voice in the fight to reform the Supreme Court. He cosponsored the Judicial Ethics Enforcement Act of 2024, which would create an Office of the Inspector General within the judicial branch to better conduct alleged violations from Supreme Court justices.
