Attorney General Ellison has been a champion for the people of Minnesota. During his time in office, he’s worked hard to protect the freedom to vote in Minnesota and protect voters from intimidation at the polls. His work helped Minnesota have the highest voter turnout of any state in the 2020 presidential election. Ellison has also stood strong for hard-working Minnesota families against corporate greed, supporting legislation that would prevent corporations from gouging prices to line their own pockets. He’s been a leader for racial justice, successfully prosecuting Derek Chauvin for the horrific murder of George Floyd.
“There are few people who have worked so hard for the people of Minnesota than Attorney General Keith Ellison. From his work protecting voters from intimidation and stopping attempts to sabotage the results of the 2020 election, to fighting greedy corporations from exploiting hard-working Minnesotans, Attorney General Ellison always puts Minnesota families first,” said End Citizens United // Let America Vote President Tiffany Muller. “We’re so excited to endorse Attorney General Ellison and look forward to helping him win this November.”
“It is the right of every Minnesotan to make their voice heard in our elections. As the people’s lawyer, I will continue to fight to ensure that the people of Minnesota can afford their lives and live with dignity, safety, and respect in our great state. I look forward to working with End Citizens United // Let America Vote to continue that mission,” said Attorney General Ellison.
