“This decision is the devastating result of a decades-long, extremist, dark money effort to spend over $1.1 billion dollars to radicalize the federal judiciary, pack the Supreme Court with extremist, partisan justices, and push through a decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
“We will continue to fight with our allies who work every day to protect reproductive rights and urge the Senate to take immediate action to abolish the filibuster, codify Roe, and make sure our system works for everyone.
“We will also continue to fight to elect champions who will protect our freedoms – the freedom to decide when to start a family, the freedom to control your own health, and the freedom to decide who to marry.”
