“Congratulations to Cisco Aguilar on advancing to the general election for Nevada Secretary of State. Aguilar has made a name for himself as a hard-worker willing to work with both parties to get the best results for the people of Nevada. He was appointed to a statewide commission by two Republican governors, proving he’s able to work successfully in a bipartisan manner. As Secretary of State, he’ll work to ensure every Nevadan–Democrat, Republican, or Independent–has the freedom to make their voice and vote heard on the issues that matter most.
“His opponent, Jim Marchant, is a conspiracy theorist who is part of an extremist group dedicated to sabotaging future elections and silencing the will of the people. He takes direction from QAnon conspiracy theorists, and will be beholden to these radicals, not to the people of Nevada. He’s so obsessed with his conspiracies that he does not believe Nevada has had legitimate elections since 2006. He cannot be trusted to uphold the will of the people and protect the freedom to vote for Nevadans.”
