“Silicon Valley, Ivy League-educated, big tech millionaire J.D. Vance is running for Senate to join other self-serving, corrupt politicians in Washington to advance his own interests and reward his wealthy friends for their financial support.
“Vance’s candidacy has been propped up by fellow-Silicon Valley tech billionaire Peter Thiel, who has spent over $13.5 million to back his preferred Senate candidate. Thiel will expect a return on his investment. It’s a shameful display of pay-to-play politics that will hand Ohio’s Senate seat over to Silicon Valley elites.
“Unlike Vance, who will only look out for his wealthy corporate and powerful backers, Tim Ryan has spent his career fighting for working Ohioans, and will put the people of Ohio above corporate America.”
