Where we saw those tax cuts not expire but tax cuts to help the middle class, those expired. Where we see continued bail-outs to the biggest banks and Wall Street, where we see tax incentives to oil and gas companies. It’s no wonder people feel really disempowered and cynical and a little bit helpless.”
- “The people believe that there needs to be radical change in our governing system, believes that there needs to be a balance and power given back to the people, and taken away from just the richest people…I think if we elect the right people, we can pass the right policies and actually begin to structurally reform this system to put some limitations on the the amount of money in politics.”
