A new report from the AP revealed that former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt, who is now running for the U.S. Senate, is planning to preemptively file lawsuits and lie about voter fraud to try to overturn election results if he loses.
Laxalt became well known in 2020 for filing several lawsuits on behalf of Donald Trump to stop the counting of Nevada ballots and perpetuating the Big Lie that the election was stolen, including falsely accusing military families of voter fraud. Now Laxalt is once again lying about Nevada’s elections, baselessly claiming that there will be fraud in the 2022 Senate election and stating that if he loses, he intends to file lawsuits to try to overturn Nevada’s election results.
