End Citizens United (ECU) launched a $100,000 digital ad campaign in VA-05 exposing Bob Good for caring more about special interest handouts than Virginians. The digital ad, titled “Not Good,” will be accompanied by a website with more information about Bob Good’s betrayal. Click here to visit the website.
The ad is the first of a 3-video series that will run from August 31 – September 25 on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Hulu, Roku and The TradeDesk.
“How can Virginians trust Bob Good when he’s repeatedly supported corporate special interests over their interests?” said End Citizens United President Tiffany Muller. “His record of siding with Big Money instead of Virginia families, like promoting budget cuts to schools, proves that he’ll do nothing to stand up to the corrupt status quo in Washington. Meanwhile, Dr. Cameron Webb, who’s rejecting corporate PAC money and running a people-powered campaign, has dedicated his career to providing quality healthcare to Virginians.”
Full script below:
Bob Good repeatedly supported thousands of dollars in giveaways to corporate special interests.
And he supported big budget cuts for our schools
Bob Good’s special interest handouts are more important to him than our students.
We can’t trust Bob Good.
ECU endorsed Cameron Webb in June 2020 because of his commitment to rooting out corruption in Washington. The reform group has four million members nationwide, including 6,900 in VA-05.
Unlike dark money groups, ECU is entirely transparent and every penny is disclosed with the Federal Election Commission. Unlike Super PACs, ECU adheres to contribution limits and is entirely grassroots-funded with an average contribution of $14.
