End Citizens United // Let America Vote released a new digital video today calling on the Senate to quickly pass the Freedom to Vote Act. The video highlights the popular bill that ensures everyone has a say in our democracy. It would protect every American’s freedom to vote, stop partisan gerrymandering, end dark money, and protect our elections from sabotage with measures that ensure trusted local election officials are protected from harassment and can count every vote and that voters are safe from intimidation.
The new video comes as Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced today that the Senate will vote next week on the Freedom to Vote Act. The vote will be the first time this Congress that the entire Democratic Senate caucus is behind this anti-corruption and voting rights bill.
