Nearly a month after End Citizens United (ECU) mounted a pressure campaign to get Republican members of Congress who took cash from Santos to donate the money to charity, one has begrudgingly given up his tainted Santos donation. However, 11 others are still holding onto Santos’ corrupt money.
“These Republicans need to donate Santos’ money and do so now. Every day we learn more about his deceit, corruption, and unlawful finances. They all know Santos is a fraud, and need to put their money where their mouth is and give up his cash,” said End Citizens United Spokesperson Arik Wolk.
