Ted Budd wants to make abortion illegal in North Carolina without exceptions for rape, incest, and the life of the mother, criminalize doctors for providing safe medical services, and punish North Carolinians for having abortions.
Last year, Budd signed a brief asking the Supreme Court to overturn Roe and take away the right to privacy from North Carolinians.
