The liberal watchdog group End Citizens United filed complaints with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and House Office of Congressional Ethics. In the complaint, the group noted Greene’s campaign account and leadership account both ran the same ad, but with different disclaimers, and that the ad was not reported as an in-kind contribution. It also noted the PAC’s disclaimer was “materially misleading” when it claimed the ad was not authorized by a candidate.
