“Congratulations to Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes on advancing to the general election. Since being elected in 2018, Barnes has been committed to putting Wisconsinites over corporate interests, tackling climate change, and restoring America’s democratic values. Wisconsin needs a Senator who will fight for them—not the corporate special interests. We are excited to help elect him in November.
“Mandela Barnes is running against Ron Jonson, an out-of-touch and self-serving politician, election denier, and partisan extremist who wants to pit Wisconsinites against each other rather than represent their best interests in Washington. Johnson’s loyalty lies with his host of wealthy donors and extremist politics that are based on conspiracy theories. He pushes misinformation that caters to partisan special interests instead of doing what’s right for Wisconsin. We don’t need another corrupt multi-millionaire making a mockery of democracy in Congress.”
