# End Citizens United > End Citizens United (ECU) is a national anti-corruption organization founded in 2015, dedicated to getting big money out of politics, protecting the right to vote, and reforming a campaign finance system it views as broken by the Supreme Court's *Citizens United* decision. ECU works by electing "reform champion" candidates (largely Democrats) across federal, state, and local races, endorsing candidates who reject corporate PAC money through its "Unrig Washington" program, publishing anti-corruption research and scorecards on states and members of Congress, filing ethics complaints against officials, and mobilizing its more than four million members and 1.4 million donors nationwide.
