End Citizens United Action Fund President Tiffany Muller praised Reps. Kathleen Rice (D-NY), Derek Kilmer (D-WA), and Mike Gallagher (R-WI) for introducing the Political Accountability and Transparency Act aimed at strengthening coordination rules between candidates and outside groups and requiring more transparency of who’s influencing our elections.
