End Citizens United Launches Six-Figure Digital Ad Campaign Thanking Freshmen for Voting for the Historic “For The People Act”

Today, the House of Representatives passed the For The People Act (H.R. 1), a once-in-a-generation government reform bill that will restore the promise of our democracy. In October 2018, ECU organized a letter, signed by three-quarters of the incoming class, demanding reform be the first item on the agenda in the new Congress. Those freshmen members have now delivered on that promise.

“These representatives made a promise to their constituents that bold reforms to get big money out of politics would be at the top of their agenda in Congress and they have delivered on that promise,” said ECU President Tiffany Muller. “We’re grateful for their leadership on this transformative bill and for championing reforms that will put power over our government back in the hands of the American people.”

The $100,000 digital ad campaign will include YouTube pre-roll and static ads. It will target the following districts:
