(National Journal) – FIRST IN HOTLINE: End Citizens United/Let America Vote made its first Senate endorsements of the 2022 cycle, backing Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes (D) in Wisconsin and former state Supreme Court Justice Cheri Beasley (D) in North Carolina. ECU/LAV, one of the biggest super PACs supporting Democrats, is the latest outside group to get behind Beasley and Barnes. Barnes and Beasley have both been endorsed by Collective PAC and Democracy for America; EMILY’s List has also endorsed Beasley. (Hotline reporting)
