(NBCLX) – That’s not reflected in these new maps and so what you have is political partisan officials who drew maps to pick their voters, rather than giving voters a chance to pick their elected officials and that’s wrong. The lower court said it violated the Voting Rights Act, and obviously we believe that it does, and that Black voters are going to be unfairly disadvantaged in 2022 because of the Supreme Court’s ruling.
