With just weeks to go until Election Day, we’re highlighting some of the biggest Republican scandals from this election cycle.
With Herschel Walker—he tells us lies, he tells us sweet little lies.
Whether it’s about his financial history, non-existent career in law enforcement, fictitious companies, snake oil COVID spray, lying about his pattern of violent behavior, or lying about giving to charity, Herschel Walker is always trying to hide something–or show everyone his fakepolice badge. He lies so much that we’re pretty sure Stevie Nicks is singing about him in “Little Lies.”
He might want to disguise who he is, but all his lies are why he and Georgia are better off apart, especially when the lies are not exactly sweet nor little.
End Citizens United saw through one of Walker’s lies and then asked the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate him for failing to file an accurate financial disclosure. When reporters asked him about the complaint, Walker did what he does best: lied and said his filing was accurate.
It wasn’t until three weeks later that Walker admitted he did not disclose $3 million in earnings.
Considering his record of lies, we’re dedicating Fleetwood Mac’s “Little Lies” to Herschel Walker today.
