Laxalt is all about helping his corrupt allies, unconcerned with following the law–they might as well be singing “never stop, it’s how we ride.”
Laxalt has gone full speed ahead with breaking anti-corruption laws and has systematically abused his office as attorney general to protect the billionaires funding his campaigns.
End Citizens United has taken several actions to hold Laxalt accountable for his rampant rule-breaking.
In February, ECU filed a complaint with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) against Americans for Public Trust (APT), a 501c3 group led by Adam Laxalt for violating their tax exempt status to serve Laxalt’s political interests.
In August, ECU called out Laxalt once again for violating campaign finance laws by controlling Morning in Nevada PAC, a state PAC, while running as a federal candidate, and continuing to receive prohibited in-kind contributions from the PAC.
