End Citizens United (ECU) President Tiffany Muller issued the following statement ahead of tonight’s debate in the Nevada Senate race:
“Tonight, Nevadans are going to see first-hand that Sam Brown is too extreme and corrupt for the Senate. For Brown, the needs of hardworking families come second to pushing for Trump’s extreme Project 2025 and advancing a corporate-friendly agenda. On top of the campaign finance violations he’s facing, Brown’s anti-abortion stance, calls to repeal the Affordable Care Act, and continued election denialism make him entirely unfit for this seat.
“A real leader, like Senator Jacky Rosen, puts the needs of her constituents first and knows that democracy works best when every voice is heard. Unlike Brown, Senator Rosen isn’t guided by Trump’s authoritarian agenda or the corporate special interests and billionaires trying to call the shots in Washington. She fights tirelessly to reform our broken system to put power back in the hands of voters––where it belongs.
