Ads highlight Ted Budd’s extremism and continued election denial
End Citizens United // Let America Vote today released a new ad campaign in the North Carolina Senate race. The $350,000 ad buy shows how Ted Budd is an extreme MAGA Republican with a dangerous agenda. He stood with the rioters who attacked the Capitol, voted to overturn the 2020 election results and wants to make it harder for people of color to vote.
“Ted Budd is an extremist MAGA Republican who wants to silence the voice of the people. That’s why he voted to overturn the 2020 election and supports laws that restrict the freedom to vote, particularly for communities of color. We’re making sure North Carolinians know about his extremist, anti-freedom agenda,” said End Citizens United // Let America Vote President Tiffany Muller.
The digital ads will run on connected TV, streaming, programmatic video, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube and will begin running on October 4 and run for three weeks. The mail program will be 3 pieces targeting voters statewide and will start dropping on October 6.
