Bennet is refusing to take corporate PAC and federal lobbyist money
End Citizens United (ECU) and Let America Vote (LAV) today endorsed Senator Michael Bennet for reelection. A committed reformer, Bennet is the only Senator up for re-election refusing to take corporate PAC and federal lobbyist money, and has a long track record of supporting reforms to reduce the role of Big Money in politics, end partisan gerrymandering, and protect the right to vote.

Throughout his career, Bennet has been outspoken about the need for getting unlimited and undisclosed money out of politics and protecting the freedom to vote for everyone. In the U.S. Senate, he has cosponsored a number of reform bills, including the For the People Act, Democracy for All Amendment, DISCLOSE Act, Spotlight Act, and Honest Ads Act. He has also introduced the Close the Revolving Door Act to permanently ban members of Congress from lobbying after they retire, and the Clean Politics Act to enact a series of common sense reforms to prevent lobbyists from exploiting our broken campaign finance system and exercising undue influence and power over our elected officials.
