Adds Director of State and Local Strategy
End Citizens United (ECU) announced today that Devan Barber has been named the organization’s new Director of Polling and Strategy.
Barber, an alumna of the College of William and Mary, comes to ECU after serving as the Research Director at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC). Prior to her time at the DSCC, she served as Research Director on Kay Hagan’s 2014 U.S. Senate campaign, a Senior Research Associate on President Obama’s re-election campaign, and a Research Associate at the Democratic National Committee.
“Devan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ECU that will immediately enhance our mission to elect and support campaign finance reform champions who work toward overturning Citizens United and ending unlimited and undisclosed money in politics. We’re thrilled to add such a talented and seasoned individual to our team,” said Tiffany Muller, Executive Director at End Citizens United.
ECU also announced that Rajan Narang will serve as Director of State and Local Strategy. Narang was Research Director for ECU during the 2016 election cycle. Narang, who holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Georgetown University, previously managed Monte Johnson’s 2013 campaign for the Virginia House of Delegates, worked as an Account Executive for Gumbinner and Davies Communications, and served as an organizer for President Obama’s re-election campaign.
End Citizens United, a grassroots-funded political action committee (PAC), was established in March 2015 to counter the disastrous effects of Citizens United and reform our campaign finance system.
