“Congratulations to Charles Booker on winning the Kentucky Senate primary. Booker is running on a bold anti-corruption and voting rights platform. He is refusing to take corporate PAC money, so the people of Kentucky know he is solely accountable to them, not wealthy special interests. In the Senate, he’d build on his work as a state representative to pass legislation to expand access to the ballot box, including bills to expand early voting and urging Congress to make Election Day a national holiday.
