Ahead of President Joe Biden’s speech today marking the third anniversary of the violent insurrection of January 6, End Citizens United // Let America Vote released a new digital ad “Revolutionary” targeted around the President’s speech near Valley Forge, PA and in Washington, DC.
“Three years ago, Donald Trump waged an unprecedented attack on American democracy, which inspired a mob of MAGA insurrectionists to storm the Capitol and 147 Republicans in Congress to vote to overturn the results of the free and fair 2020 election,” said Tiffany Muller, President of End Citizens United // Let America Vote. “After a concerted campaign to whitewash the horrors of that day, the threat Trump poses to our democracy has only grown more dire as he wages a campaign of revenge and retribution at the expense of our democracy and freedoms.
Muller continued, “Despite Trump’s best efforts, the American people have shown time and time again that they oppose election denialism and the MAGA extremism that threatens our freedoms.
