Valenzuela is rejecting corporate PAC money
End Citizens United (ECU) launched a nearly $100,000 digital and mail campaign supporting Candace Valenzuela in TX-24. The digital ad, which will run on Facebook, and mailers focus on Valenzuela’s biography and also highlight her pledge to refuse money from corporate PACs. Access to education played a major role in changing Valenzuela’s life, from overcoming homelessness to dedicating her career to helping children succeed.

“From overcoming homelessness as a child to becoming a school board trustee, Candace Valenzuela is a fighter,” said End Citizens United President Tiffany Muller. “Now, in her campaign, Candace is proving she’ll fight on behalf of Texans by rejecting corporate PAC money and running to be a voice for reform in Congress. Candace Valenzuela is the candidate to win in Texas’ 24th Congressional District, and End Citizens United is proud to support her.”
If elected, Candace Valenzuela will become the first Black Latina ever elected to Congress. Valenzuela is endorsed by Congressman John Lewis, Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, Sens. Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren.
The total ad buy will run from June 27 through July 14. The digital ad runs from July 2-14.
